Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight, dimensions, and destination. For most items, you'll see live carrier rates from Canada Post.
Bulky items (oversized or heavy products) ship at a flat rate of $24.50 CAD, regardless of destination.
Estimated Delivery Times Once shipped, estimated delivery windows are:
- Canada — 2–8 business days
- United States — 4–10 business days (via Canada Post or Purolator)
- France — 6–14 business days (via Canada Post or Purolator)
- Australia, United Kingdom, and other international destinations — 7–21 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or peak seasons.
Duties, Taxes & Customs For international orders, duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office if you have questions about potential fees.
Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment directly on the Canada Post or Purolator website.
